I would give it 5 stars because it has really helped calm down my cat but the safety twist off cap is a pain. It is difficult to open. we don’t twist it closed completely to keep us from getting frustrated every time we have to open it. I recently bought another bottle and it’s much easier to open so it may just be a quality check that needs to be investigated. It looks like another buyer has had this issue as well.
